Just call Bob the Cosmic Gonzo Chef! That's right UT Press has put out out a book of recipes called 'Music in the Kitchen' by Glenda Facemire. The book includes hundred's of recipes from musicians that have performed on Austin City Limits over the years. Willie does "Tequila Mango Salsa," Rosanne Cash weighs in with "Roast Lemon Chicken with Carrots and Onions," Lloyd Maines steels the show with "Bubba Toast." But of course my "Tofu Migas" is the best! To further publicize the book, Central Market North in Austin is staging a series of cooking classes from the book that will feature the artist's recipes and music too. We cook a little and play some! I'm on with Cindy Cashdollar July 1st. Cindy's recipe is "Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Baguette."
